Open Book / Board of Review

The Village contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. for assessment services. If you plan to contest your property assessment at Board of Review, you must attend the Open Book session first.

Open Book - Thursday, April 11, 2024, (by phone or virtual appointment) - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

If you have any questions concerning your property’s valuation, you can contact the assessor now (920-749-1995) or at the Open Book session. Representatives of Associated Appraisal will be available virtually or by phone to discuss Shorewood Hills' 2024 assessed property values. You may call to make an appointment for open book or contact them on the day of open book for the next available appointment (plan on some wait time).

If you are unable to attend Open Book, be sure to call Associated Appraisal at 920-749-1995 during regular business hours prior to April 30, 2024, to discuss your assessment.

Board of Review - Thursday, May 2, 2024, at the Village Hall from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

If after the Open Book session, you wish to contest the assessed value, please call Village Clerk Julie Fitzgerald at 608-267-2680 / to obtain an Objection Form and to schedule an appointment before the local Board of Review. The Objection Form must be filled out in its entirety. Failure to provide 48 hours advanced notice to the Clerk may result in denial of a hearing at the Board of Review.
