The Village Crew will collect pulled weeds and green vegetation put at the curb by residents. Dirt and root balls must be removed from all pulled weeds and green vegetation or it will not be collected by the Crew. The Crew usually makes a pass through the Village once a week.

Alternatively, residents may transport the weeds/green vegetation themselves to the grass clippings pile in Dudley Davis Park (more commonly known as the “rock quarry”). There are designated spots in the quarry for grass clippings, green vegetation and wood chips. If you transport material by bag, you should empty the bag onto the appropriate pile and reuse or dispose of the bag at home.

The dumping of anything else in the quarry is PROHIBITED.
