Please take notice that the Village of Shorewood Hills Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Monday, October 14, 2024 starting at 5:30 pm virtually via Zoom to hear and decide on an appeal for a variance request to allow a 9’ encroachment into the side yard setback for a two car garage at 1239 Wellesley Rd.

Copies of the applications are available online at: http://www.shorewood-hills.org/zba. They can also be reviewed it at the Village Hall, 810 Shorewood Boulevard during open hours (8-4, M-Th and 8-12, F).

Written comments may be submitted to Village Hall (info@shorewood-hills.org) by 8:00 am on the date of the meeting or you may attend the virtual public hearing on Zoom (www.zoom.com) using Meeting ID 880 4955 1881 and Passcode 069720 and provide your comments during the meeting.
