Summary

The Village of Shorewood Hills is accepting proposals from qualified firms who will provide Professional Inspection and Design Services for renovation, expansion or replacement of the Shorewood Hills Pool Building.

The Village of Shorewood Hills Pool facility features a 50m outdoor long course pool and building originally opened in July of 1970. Major renovations of the pool facility last took place in 1996-97. The pool and deck space around the facility are modern and accommodating, however the building, which features a second-floor community center space, lacks advancements in accessibility, modern amenities or space for patrons and staff.

Phase 1: Inspection and Guidance
The entity will be expected to work with the Village to provide comprehensive evaluation of the existing pool building facility.

Phase 2: Design and Cost Identification
Based on the results of all evaluations in phase one, create a concept design for pool building improvements and identify likely costs for all desired outcomes.
