The Village has contracted with CP2 Consulting Inc. for assistance to develop a strategic plan for the Board of Trustees. The project will consist survey(s) and townhall meeting(s) for residents and interested parties to provide input.

Survey/Focus Groups

Your voice matters in helping to shape the future of the community! CP2 posted a survey that was open for ~90 days and conducted focus groups of residents, the business community, non-profits/faith-base leaders, and Village Staff.

A compilation of the survey results and focus groups was presented to the Board of Trustees at its October 15, 2024 meeting (see the presentation linked below).
