The Village has contracted with CP2 Consulting Inc. for assistance to develop a strategic plan for the Board of Trustees. The project will consist survey(s) and townhall meeting(s) for residents and interested parties to provide input.

The results of this survey will guide the Village’s Strategic Planning process as we work to identify community priorities and create the Village’s Strategic Plan.
