At its February 20, 2024 meeting, the Village Board authorized the administrator to sign a contract with Funkhouser & Associates to provide the Village with advisory and project management services to guide the Board in the effort to develop a more modern governance framework for the Village.

The governance project consists of a number of Trustee workshops and community outreach session(s). Below is a list of the related Board meetings, workshops and townhall meeting(s).

The Board will discuss and consider possible changes to the Village's governance structure and communications plan over the next few months.
