| This filling station was opened at the corner of Shorewood Boulevard and University Avenue in 1927. Despite its name, the Pennsylvania Oil Company, which operated the station, it was a Wisconsin company. This station was built to match the architecture of Frenchy's restaurant, which was on the opposite corner. |
