In 2010, the Village Recreation Programs will be utilizing PDF forms that can be filled out on-line. The ability to submit the form(s) and make payment on-line will hopefully be available next year. In the meantime, forms will still need to be printed and returned to the Village Hall along with payment. The Village Hall will continue to have blank copies of the registration forms available. Please remember, separate checks are required for each recreation program. |
