Officer Kirchman began with the department as a part-time officer in 2002. He holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, with a minor in English, from the
University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Jeff also works as a part-time officer for the
Maple Bluff Police Department. He has received Standardized Field Sobriety and Radar
training.
