 Department   

The Shorewood Hills Police Department has 6 full time Police Officers.  
This includes 1 Chief, 1 Lieutenant, 1 Sergeant/Detective, 3 Patrol Officers;
there are also 11 Part-time Patrol Officers.

The office is staffed by one full time employee and one part-time employee.  Office staff handles over 10,000 phone calls and 2,000 walk in customers yearly. 
All 911 calls go directly to the Dane County Communication  
Center
located in Madison.

 Patrol   

We provide 24 hour a day protection for the Village of Shorewood Hills which has a estimated 2008 population of 1,699 residents.  Officers patrol streets within the Village and surrounding areas.  They also patrol more then 100 businesses and several parks within the area.  Our Officers handle over 
3000 calls for service each year.
 

Officer Hours

Our Office is open:  

Monday through Friday   8am-5pm  

Since we only have one full-time and one part-time office staff, office hours vary.  When the office is closed, phone calls are answered by the Shorewood Hills Fire Dispatch.
