Absentee Ballot Information
Elections are held in the basement of the Village Hall, 810 Shorewood Boulevard (handicapped accessible). Polls are open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. To vote in the Village of Shorewood Hills, you must be a United States citizen, eighteen (18) years of age or older and registered to vote (you may register at the Village Hall using this form, call the Village Hall with questions). At least ten (10) days' residency in the Village is required to be eligible to vote. Village officials are nominated at the VILLAGE CAUCUS which is held at the Village Hall each January.
COUNTY, STATE AND FEDERAL ELECTIONS: The Village of Shorewood Hills is combined into County Board Supervisory District 11 with City of Madison districts 69, 70, 72 and 73. The Dane County Board Supervisors are elected in even-numbered years for two-year terms. The Village is located in the 77th State Assembly District and the 26th State Senate District and is part of District No. 2 for U.S. Representatives. The School District # for the Village is 3269.

Village of Shorewood Hills Absentee Ballot Application
Only one (1) applicant per form. Complete all of Section 1 on the Application. Sign in Section 4. Section 2 and Section 3 should only be completed if the special circumstances apply to your situation. Mail or drop off the completed application at the Shorewood Hills Village Hall, 810 Shorewood Boulevard, Madison, WI 53705. Applications for a mailed Absentee Ballot must be received by the Village Clerk by 5:00 pm on the Thursday before the Tuesday Election.
