Registration Information

Registration information has been updated for the 2005 / 2006 season. Follow the links below. If you have questions, contact the registrar, Kurt Jacobsen.  All teams in Shorewood Hills are in the recreational league, except for the Squids, a classic team.

Registration materials should be submitted to the registrar by June 30, 2005.

For the Fall 2005/Spring 2006 season, the team dues are as follows:

With the completed registration form, a check for the team dues is required. The check should be made payable to:

Player Registration

Player registration is a two part process:

First, parents should contact the team managers or coaches to determine if there is space for an additional player. Follow the links below to identify the team managers for each age group.

Second, the parent will need to complete a player registration form provided by the team manager.  Click here to downloaded the form in PDF format.  The team manager will collect dues from each player and submit the player registration form to the registrar

• U7 - 1st grade

• U8 - 2nd grade

• U9 - 3rd grade

• U10 - 4th grade

• U11 - 5th grade

• U12 - 6th grade

• U13 - 7th grade

• U14 - 8th grade

• U15 - 9th grade

• U16 - 10th grade

• U17 - 11th grade

• U18 - 12th grade

The Shorewood club does not currently have U16, U17 and U18 teams.  Interested parties for this age group should contact the Club Registrar.
