Proposed
Pyare Square Building
and AT&T Plaza Redevelopment Plans
The Plan Commission will likely consider the proposed Pyare Square Building and AT&T Plaza Redevelopment Plans at its meeting on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall.
The Board of Trustees may consider these proposed redevelopment plans at its meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the Village Hall following the Village Caucus (please note the meeting has been moved to Tuesday due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday).
The AT&T Plaza redevelopment would be a mixed use multi-level building with two stories of underground parking.
The proposed redevelopment plan at the Pyare Square site includes the tear down of the existing 14-story office building and construction of multifamily residential apartments. The General Development Plan (GDP) has been revised based on previously held public meetings

2010 Village Budget
The Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, November 9, 2009 to present the proposed 2010 Budget. Staff put together an informational PowerPoint presentation on the Village's finances for those in attendance.
The Board will hold a Public Hearing on the proposed budget at its regular monthly meeting on Monday, November 23, 2009 (Board Agenda).
