Tentative Road Reconstruction Schedule

  • Swarthmore Court – April 25 through June 8. Columbia Road and Purdue Street will be two-way traffic in and out of Post Farm Park for the Pool/Community Center and Garden Plots (drive carefully, watch for pedestrians and bikes).
  • Harvard Drive & Yale Road – May 10 through June 20. Small section of Harvard Drive from Columbia to Yale and a small section of Yale Road from Harvard to Colgate.
  • Wood Lane – May 14 through June 25.
  • Oxford Road – May 28 through August 3. From Bowdoin Road to UBD.
  • Columbia Road – August 13 through September 23. Swarthmore Court will be two-way traffic in and out of Post Farm Park for the Pool/Community Center and Garden Plots (drive carefully).

Stone House Development - Marshall Court Project

The Plan Commission and Board of Trustees previously held Public Hearings on October 4 and October 17 to solicit public comment on an application for a planned unit development rezoning general and specific development plans for a mixed use apartment and office/commercial project located at 2707-2709-2711-2715-2719 Marshall Court.

The Board is considering the second (and possibly third) reading of the rezoning ordinance at its meeting on November 21, 2011.  The application is available for review at the Village Hall during regular business hours or on-line via the links below:
